This weeks menu - January 15-20

We went around the world this week:

Sunday  - Italian salt cod and braised kale
Monday - Chicken with lemon and ginger (Jaques Peppin so I will deem it French)
Tuesday - Tamales (Mexican)
Wednesday - Fusili in mushroom cheese sauce (based on Greek recipe)
Thursday - Norwegian curried herring on rye toast and cauliflower soup.
Friday - Spaghetti
