Menu for the week - January 9-13

This was a particularly interesting food week here at the Schmidt household.

Sunday - Fresh Sardines stuffed with arugula and tomatoes, and a frisee salad with a poached egg and prosciutto

Monday - Five Spiced Duck Breast with poached quinces and roasted radicchio

Tuesday - Chanterelle Risotto with roasted brussel sprouts

Wednesday - Indonesian beef coconut curry soup (!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Thursday - (disappeared)

Friday - Spaghetti night

Saturday - Buffalo chili
