January 4 - House Inspection

We put an offer on a nice house and we did the inspection today.  Well, we won't be buying this one.  First, I have had mixed feelings about the neighborhood.  Then we discovered that the house has some "moisture" issues in the basement.  And oh, by the way, giant rat traps all around the perimeter of the house.  There were things we knew we had to fix, but these two issues were a bit beyond the pale.  So we walked.
